If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from us you can return the item to us for a refund. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must notify us within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. You can notify us as follows:

Please quote your invoice number on all correspondence.
On acceptance of cancellation the item must be returned to us, unused and in their original packaging and condition, to the returns address displayed below. We recommend that you use an insured mail service and retain a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your notice of cancellation. We will also refund delivery charges, where applicable, in sending the item to you. We will not refund your postage costs in returning the item to us unless the item is returned as incorrect or faulty, see below.
Incorrect or faulty items
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, please contact us, by phone on 020 3346 2530 or email us at email@example.com, within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us of the damage or fault. Please ensure you inform us that you wish to return the item before returning it to us. We'll refund the money you paid, as well as your return postage costs. Please state your invoice number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return.
If we do not receive the item we cannot refund you so we recommend that you use an insured mail service and retain a certificate of posting as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
